Deliberation

For communities and institutions that need public will to inform lawmaking: structured deliberation, sensemaking at scale, and maps of agreement checkable against what people said.

Neutrality is part of the product. The tool helps people decide; it does not pick a side. Legislatures write the rules. People shape preference and will; they do not author statutes.
